Create this amazing wall hanging using fabrics of your choice. This wall hanging was created using the Enchanted Seas panel & fabric line. Feel free to use a panel section in the middle, as long as you can cut it down to a 17" square. This would be your "Fabric F" from the attached Fabric Requirements Cut List.
